Who is responsible

Charles Boswell operates MiVids from Texas, United States. Privacy/legal requests: support@mivids.com. Account and support assistance: support@mivids.com. This notice describes the processing actually required for accounts, access, creator services and moderation; it is not a promise of anonymity.

Information collected

We process account email, display name, random member ID, account category, authentication identifiers, email-verification state, age-verification outcome and assurance, profile information voluntarily published by performers, purchase/access requests, transaction references supplied by users, messages, support tickets, reports, consent decisions, policy acceptance versions and timestamps, and security/audit information. Account signup collects your private legal name and date of birth for the adult eligibility check and reuse if you apply as a performer. Your preferred name is separate and is shown to performers with your member ID; subscribers see a performer’s public stage name and unique @handle. Legal names and birth dates are available only to the account holder and the MiVids administrator through protected account tools, not public profiles or moderator tools. Performer onboarding additionally collects aliases, identity-document copies, releases and record references. These are sensitive records, separate from public profiles. Never upload someone else’s documents without lawful authority.

Verification and service providers

Supabase provides authentication/database/private record storage; Netlify hosts application services; Mux handles video upload/processing/delivery; Resend handles transactional email; AgeVerif and its selected identity methods provide age checks. The age-check integration stores an outcome rather than obtaining vendor ID photographs. Separate performer record uploads do store identity copies you submit. External payment providers receive information under their own policies when you follow their links. Providers may process data outside your state or country.

Use and visibility

We use information to authenticate users, enforce eligibility, deliver access, operate profiles, document consent, prevent abuse, moderate content/messages, answer requests and comply with law. Public performer profiles may display approved profile media, handle, biography, social links and credited content. Member browsing and purchase activity has no public profile; only an approved, completed performer profile may be public. Performers are shown subscriber display names and member IDs, not account emails, through member-management tools. Do not voluntarily place private contact details in public fields or messages if you do not want recipients to see them. Authorized administrative safety and support review can access relevant private records and messages for the stated purposes. Video and photo reviewers receive their assigned content and necessary performer-verification indicators. Chat reviewers receive assigned flagged conversation context. None of these assignments grants profile-editing authority or access to identity documents or unrelated secure support forms. Conversation reviews are logged, and both participants can see a separate safety-review timestamp for messages opened in the oversight console. This does not indicate that a message is safe, approved, or read by its recipient. Text-based rules can flag messages containing threatening, exploitative, potentially illegal, fraudulent or other high-risk language for human review. A flag is not a finding of misconduct, and keyword rules do not detect every risk. A chat-assigned moderator may receive the flagged message and limited surrounding context for a leased review job; other moderators do not gain unrestricted conversation access. Private secure-form responses are restricted to the submitting account and authorized Support; they are not exposed to other performers or ordinary chat reviewers. Suspension reasons/end times, access adjustment records and changes to payment instructions are retained in protected operational and audit records. Message reactions and reply references are stored with the conversation and are visible to its participants and authorized administrative review.

Cookies, storage and communications

Essential secure cookies manage private-preview and age sessions; browser storage manages account sessions. The native owner app stores refresh sessions in the device Keychain and preferences locally. These mechanisms support operation and security. Emails concern verification, recovery, approvals, existing codes, tickets and enforcement. Access-approval emails are optional and can be disabled in Account settings; the automated read-only chat confirmation remains available. Verification and password-recovery messages remain essential account communications. Launch-update emails require a separate opt-in and can be unsubscribed from; withdrawing marketing consent does not remove essential service messages. MiVids does not currently serve third-party advertisements.

Disclosure and safeguards

Information is disclosed to service providers for their functions, to a creator or member as necessary for authorized interaction, to professional advisers or authorities when lawfully required, and where necessary to protect persons, preserve evidence or investigate abuse. We do not sell personal information as part of the implemented service. HTTPS, access controls, private storage and audit logs reduce risk but do not guarantee security. Public profile media can be viewed or copied by others. Do not send identity documents through public messages, payment notes or ordinary support attachments.

Retention and rights

We retain information for account operation, legal obligations, safety, consent evidence and disputes. Covered production records may require extended statutory retention; verified records and legal holds are not automatically erased when a public profile is hidden. Request access, correction, deletion, applicable portability, restriction or appeal through support@mivids.com. We will verify authority proportionately and apply available legal exceptions; no universal deletion deadline or entitlement is promised. Tell support immediately about incorrect account data or unauthorized access.

Children and updates

The service is for adults only and does not knowingly permit minors. Report suspected minor involvement immediately. We may preserve and report information as required by law while restricting access. Updated notices identify a new version; material changes to required agreements prompt renewed acceptance. Contact support@mivids.com with privacy questions.
