Absolute prohibitions
No child sexual abuse material, depiction or sexualization of anyone under 18, fabricated or misleading evidence of age, trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, coercion, force, blackmail, threats, abuse of authority, involuntary participation, or solicitation/facilitation of prostitution or unlawful sexual services. No material involving a person unable to consent, including unconsciousness or impairment, or hidden-camera/voyeuristic recording, nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes without explicit authorization, stolen content or distribution beyond a performer’s authorization.
Other prohibited material and conduct
No sexual violence, bestiality, actual incest, necrophilia, serious bodily harm, unlawful obscenity, illegal goods or services, fraud, malicious software, identity theft, harassment, stalking, hate-based threats, doxxing or infringement. Do not portray an adult as a minor or market content with age-ambiguous or exploitative descriptions. Role-play or a claim that conduct is fictional does not excuse prohibited content. No off-platform arrangement intended to evade consent, age, verification or moderation safeguards.
Uploader obligations
Every depicted performer must have their own account with approved performer permissions, be an adult at production and publication, and give informed consent to recording and the specific distribution. Maintain lawful identity/age evidence and signed releases linked to each production. Declare all participants, including the uploader when depicted. No omission, false roster, forged record or agreement acceptance on someone else’s behalf. The site’s age check and click-through consent supplement, and do not replace, required records and releases.
Enforcement and preservation
The owner may review uploads, captions, profile media, messages, records and reports, with access limited to authorized purposes. Content may be held for review, blocked or removed; accounts may be suspended; payment/access actions may be paused. Suspected unlawful content may be preserved securely and reported to appropriate authorities, including legally required child-exploitation reporting. We do not promise that all abuse is automatically detected. Repeated violations, retaliation against reporters and evasion of restrictions are prohibited.
Reporting and support
Use Report content / removal request on the site or support@mivids.com for safety, consent, disputes and assistance. Legal notices: support@mivids.com. Provide URLs or IDs and a description; do not upload illegal imagery to demonstrate the complaint. A victim does not need an account or paid access to request assistance. For immediate danger contact local emergency services. Appeals should explain the relevant decision and supporting lawful information; material stays restricted while reviewed.
